At The Arboreal Resort, we strive to provide you with a pleasant stay and a seamless booking experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be canceled or modified, and the conditions for refunds.

Cancellations: In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below:-

1. Reservations cancelled 20 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation charge.
2. Reservations cancelled 07 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
3. No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
4. No date changes or refunds will be accommodated for stays during the Diwali Season (dates set by management), Christmas & New Years (20th Dec – 5th Jan), or any long weekends or public holidays, regardless of bookings made 20 days in advance or more.
5. Any applicable refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days and will be issued through UPI or Bank transfers exclusively.
